Food for today:
Lunch: Spinach Salad with lots of tomatoes, mushrooms, and brocolli with a little bit of italian dressing , an orange , a glass of milk.
Dinner: An orange , a glass of orange soda.
(I’ve decided I need to not drink any more soda. I drink far too much of it, and I think if I stop then it’ll help cut calories. :D)
Workout: ENVY Girls Butt Workout - I think it’s a 5-10 minute warm up, then 20 minutes of an actual workout. It’s 2 days later and my butt still hurts, so I think it was a good workout.
Now… As for yesterday and today, I haven’t kept up with it. Today, I didn’t have time. Yesterday… I guess I just lost motivation. But I’m starting again tomorrow as day two.
I WILL keep up with this…

You’ve got this! I’m right here with you :) I lose motivation terribly quickly, if I even have it to begin with. I’m starting at 190, working on losing 40 pounds. You can’t get there unless you start.
